Online training

You are interested in developing your mental muscle but perhaps you don’t have the time for one-to-one sessions, or perhaps you live too far away to travel. Online coaching is perfect for you. You can also receive coaching via email (contact Helen).

I have designed all the material and ‘help files’ so that they are adaptable to suit you. Anyone can use them. If you have never heard of NLP or mental performance then that is fine. Everything is simple and easy to follow. The important bit is that it can work for you.

RunnerThere is a collection of free downloads to start you off. If you find these interesting and helpful then for a small cost you can subscribe to receive your online mental training tips and strategies. This subscription allows you full access to all the download material. You can also get a personalised action plan, created specifically for you.
