The Service

Uniclarity is dedicated to providing you with an online and one-to-one services in mental training.

There are 3 main services. You choose whichever suits you:

1. Online downloads - these are training manuals that you can follow independently. They contain strategies and tips to help you be your best....all you need is a desire to improve. To sign up it is £35 and you get access to all the downloadable training material....the rest is up to you!

2. One to one training - you can book personal sessions in NLP to help improve your performance. This can be done via email or face-to-face, depending on where you live. Sessions are £40 per hour.

3. One to one Stress Reduction - these are personal development sessions that help you contain and manage stress and difficult situations. This is best done face to face so you can get the most out of it. Sessions are £40 per hour.

What is it?


The mental training and coaching is designed to really make a difference to you. It is based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques as well as stress management and mental optimisation skills.

All the tips and training techniques used by uniclarity have been tried, tested, and regularly used by many previous clients, including myself. They work. All you have to do is apply them.

Anyone will know that not only do you have to be physically fit to perform well in sport, but you also have to be psychologically fit. With uniclarity you can free your mind of fear and doubt so that the body is free to perform at the ultimate level.

As a successful sportswoman myself, I am fully aware of the power of the mind. Many people hold on to fears and insecurities surrounding their chosen sport. Imagine a golfer who always has a bad 1st tee, or a rock climber who always falls at the same point on a route. This kind of 'mental block' can easily be overcome with uniclarity.

What is NLP?
